3 lbs. beef
2 c. chopped onion & green pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard or 1 T. regular mustard
1-2 T. chili powder
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the beef in a crock pot. Combine all remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and heat on the stove until the brown sugar has dissolved and the ingredients are nicely combined. Pour this sauce over the beef.

Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Shred the beef and serve on buns.
