3 lbs. ribs
1 lemon
1 large onion, sliced

Hot Sauce:
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in roaster. Place sliced lemons and onions over top. Bake 425º for 30 minutes.
Pour hot sauce over ribs. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Baste with sauce frequently.
