6 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks
1 16-oz. pk. frozen crinkle cut slices carrots, cooked
1 16-oz. pk. frozen broccoli, cooked
3 T. butter
1/4 C. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2-1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. dry sherry
1 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken and vegetables om greased 9x13x2" baking dish. Set aside.
In saucepan melt the butter and blend in the flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
Add milk stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Cook 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise and sherry.
Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.
Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through.
Uncover, sprinkle with the cheese and bake uncovered for 5-8 minutes longer or until cheese melts and turns golden brown.
