1# lean ground beef, browned and drained.
1 tsp. sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 large can tomato sauce
1 8-oz. pk. fine noodles, cooked and drained.
5 green onions, tops included, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. sour cream
1-1/2 C. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, garlic, salt and pepper and tomato sauce to ground meat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Blend together onions, cream cheese and sour cream.
Grease 9x13x2" baking dish. Add layer of noodles, meat sauce, sour cream and 1/2 C. cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
