5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Melt margarine. Pour into bottom of pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on top to cover with a fine coat. The large oven-sized baking pans or shallow steam table pans work well for this if they are available.

Lay bread slices on top of brown sugar. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours (overnight works also). Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
