1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
2 whole eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, margarine, eggs and vanilla together. Sift flour, salt, baking power and soda. Add to cream mixture. Stir in oats, nuts and coconut. Roll into small balls, Dip tops in sugar.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 300º 12-14 minutes.
