3 heads of broccoli, chopped finely
1/2 medium red onion, chopped finely
1 C. white raisins
1 C. toasted sunflower seeds
1 C. canned, crumbled bacon (OR 1/2# bacon you fry and crumble)
DRESSING:
1-1/2 - 2 C. mayonnaise (the real stuff)
1/2 C. Soy sauce
1/2 C. Thai Peanut Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing and reserve.
Combine all salad ingredients and refrigerate until serving time.
Pour dressing over salad, mix well and serve right away.
