1 pk. German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 C. butter
1 C. evaporated milk
1 (14-oz.) pk caramels
1 C. pecans, chopped
1 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, butter and 2/3 C. of the canned milk. Mix well. Take 1/2 of the mixture and press into a greased 9x13" cake pan.
Bake10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Melt caramels in the remaining 1/3 cup of milk over medium heat. (OR nuke)
When the first half of mixture is done, pour melted caramels over the top. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
Spread the rest of the cake over the top and return to oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
