2 tbsp. Melted Butter - divided
1/4 c. Slivered Almonds
4 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour

Directions:
To make toast cups: Brush trimmed bread slices lightly on one side with part of the melted butter. Gently push each slice, buttered side down, into large muffin tins, leaving the corners showing at top. Bake at 375º for 8 - 10 minutes or until corners are browned. Remove from oven, let cool in muffin tin.
To make filling: Saute almonds in remaining melted butter (2 tsp.) until light golden brown. Set aside. In heavy saucepan, melt butter, add flour, pepper, salt & paprika, stirring until smooth. Slowly add evaporated milk or half & half. Pour a small amount of sauce over beaten egg yolk, stirring to blend. Return egg mixture to remaining sauce. Cook & stir until thick. Add turkey & grapes. Heat. Spoon into toast cups, garnish with almonds.
