1 (2#) bag sauerkraut, well drained
4 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned.
4 slices Swiss cheese
1-1/4 C. Thousand Island salad dressing
1 T. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in buttered shallow baking pan.
Spread sauerkaraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese.
Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325 degrees about 1-1/2 hours.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
