1 lb lean or extra lean ground beef (makes 4-5 patties)
1 egg
6 to 8 finely crushed soda crackers or equivalent amount of bread crumbs
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder or desired amount of diced onion
a dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp Worcester Sauce
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and put desired veggies (carrots, peppers, asparagus, and potatoes are some suggestions) into tin foil or foil pan with salt and pepper to taste. Don’t forget the margarine! Place on BBQ

Mix hamburger ingredients together and form into patties

Place patties on pre-heated BBQ on Med-high heat, turning every couple of minutes until cooked to your liking.
