16 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice (or less)
1 tsp. vanilla (or more)
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
pinch salt
vanilla wafer cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except vanilla wafers with mixer. Line cupcake tins with liners and place vanilla wafer cookies in bottom of each liner. Fill with cream cheese mixture about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F about 20 mintues. Cool and refrigerate or freeze. Top with canned cherries or blueberries.
