2 c. honey
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and stir until dissolved. Cook slowly on medium low heat (don't burn) stirring constantly. Cook until candy thermometer reaches Hard Ball Stage. Pour into buttered pan and let cool until cool enough to handle. Butter your hands and take a golf ball size amount and pull and stretch until it turns a light golden color. Stretch out into a long rope while still hot enough to stretch and cut into bite-size pieces. Let cool until hard.
