1/2 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, softened with sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, corn starch and sour cream. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Bake @ 350 degrees approx. 1 hour- may need 5 additional minutes.

Don't forget to put a pan of water below the cheesecake when baking- it helps to ensure the baking with no cracks.
