1 large beef brisket
Adlolf's Meat Tenderizer (unseasoned)
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Celery salt
Worcestershire sauce
Wright's liquid smoke
K.C. Masterpiece barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of the meat with Adolf's meat tenderizer. Sprinkle with garlic salt, onion salt, and celery salt.
Place on foil in baking pan. Pour over brisket 1/3 to 1/2 bottle Worcestershire and Wright's Liquid Smoke. Fold foil over meat.
Place in 275º to 300º oven for 5 to 6 hours.
Slice brisket, return to pan with some of the liquid. Pour barbeque sauce over meat, cover, and return to oven and heat through.
