1 Package 3 Ounces Orange Gelatin
1 3/4 Cup Grapefruit Juice
2 Egg Yolks
1 Cup 1/2 Pint Heavy Cream whipped
2 Egg Whites stifly beaten
1 Can 11 oz. Mandarin Oranges
1 Baked 9" Pie Shell w/ high fluted edge.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of the grapefruit juice heated to boiling. Stir in remaining grapefruit juice and egg yolks. Beat until smooth-Chill until syrupy,fold in half of the whipped cream and beated egg whites. Fold in oranges. Spoon mixture into pie shell , piling in high in the shell. Chill until firm. Garnish with remaining whipped cream, and if desired additional mandarin oranges.
