3 Cups (8 Oz.) San Giorgio Med. Shells Uncooked
3 1/2 Cups 32 Oz. Spaghetti Sauce
2 Cups 1# Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
2 Cups 8 oz. Shredded Mozarella Cheese
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Eggs
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Shells according to package direction.
Toss with 2 1/2 cups sauce. Mix in bowl remaining ingredients,. In 2 1/2 Qt. Casserole layer shell mixture, cheese, pour filling over shells. Cover with remaining shells, top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese-Cover and bake @350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
