3 4-oz cans green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
(Or two lbs CoJack cheese, grated)
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer cheese and then the chilies. Mix milk, egg, and flour until well blended and pour over the cheese and chilies. Bake one hour at 350. Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
