1 cup Cocoa
1 cup butter
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, mix in eggs, sugar, stir
in flour, cocoa & vanilla. drop by tbsp on med hot waffle iron.
Do this quickly, do not crowd. Bake for 50 - 60 seconds. remove
with a fork. cool and frost or dust with powdered sugar.
