2 large packages round steak, not tenderized
2 large cans tomato juice
(Yummy alternative - replace 1 can tomato juice with same amount of Spicy V8 juice)
1 large bunch celery
Carrots
Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Pour both cans tomato juice into large stew pot. Add 1/2 can water. Trim and brown round steak. Add to tomato juice. Clean celery and slice. Add to juice. Peel potatoes, cut into bite size chunks and add to juice. Peel and slice carrots. Add to juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for several hours until vegetables are tender.
