1 can whole corn, drained well
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be microwaved.
