1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 large tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together cake mix, oil, eggs, and oranges until mixed thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan (I have used a 3 layer cake pan and a bundt pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Beat together remaining ingredients and spread over cake after it has cooled.
