1 C. oat bran
1 C. whole wheat flour
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. raisins
2 eggs
1 C. unsweetened applesauce
3 T. milk
3 T. oil
TOPPING:
1 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and raisins in large bowl.
Beat eggs in small bowl until well combined. Stir in applesauce, milk and oil.
Pour egg mixture over flour mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Place foil baking cups in muffin tins and fill 3/4 full.
Sprinkle with topping.
Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
