Turkey Stuffing Recipe

12 cups cubed bread (2 bags of pre packaged cubes)
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
6 table spoons of butter
1 tsp. rub sage
1 tsp. dry thyme
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. poultry season
1 ½ cups of turkey (or chicken) broth, can make own or use canned.

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cubed bread at 400 for 5-7 minutes until barely golden brown, set aside.

Saute onions & celery in butter until soft (10-15 minutes). Mix together bread cubes, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, poultry season, add celery & onions, add chicken broth.

Taste, you may need to add a little more thyme, sage and poultry season, add it slowly and taste.
Put stuffing into a buttered foil pan, cover with foil and bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
