CAKE:
3 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
1/3 c baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c water
3/4 c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar

FROSTING:
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c butter, softened
2 c confectioners sugar
1/3 c baking cocoa
dash of salt
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

CAKE:
Combine first five ingredients, add water, oil, vanilla & vinegar. Mix well (batter will be thin). Pour into greased 13x9x2 baking pan.

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

FROSTING:
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & butter, add the confectioners sugar, cocoa, salt, milk & vanilla. Mix well and spread over cooled cake.


THIS RECIPE NEEDS NO EGGS.
