1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 C. margarine
1 C. sifted flour

3/4-1 C. brown sugar
1 T. soft margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
3/4 C. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Let cheese and margarine soften; blend. Stir in flour. Chill about 1 hour; shape into twenty-four 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased miniature muffin cups. Press dough onto bottom and sides forming a pastry cup. FILLING: Beat egg with sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt until smooth. Divide half the nuts among pastry cups. Add egg mixture and top with remaining nuts. Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes. Cool and then remove from pans. Recipe may be doubled.
