4 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
1 (10-oz.) pk. fresh baby spinach.
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, washed & sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled.
DRESSING:
1/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 C. salad oil
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients in blender for 45 seconds just prior to serving. Pour over salad and serve immediately.
