4 medium chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. + 3 T. flour
2 T. seasoned salt
5 T. butter
1 c. white wine
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 c. cream or fat-free half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large pan over medium-low heat.
Mix 1 1/2 cups of flour and seasoned salt in a pie dish.
Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture and add to pan.
Cook about 15 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from pan and cover with foil.
Deglaze pan with white wine and cook down approx. 8 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons flour to pan and whisk to make rue. Add cream or half & half and bouillon. Cook until thickened.
Serve chicken with rice and sauce.
