1 c. beaten bananas (about 3 bananas)
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Butter and flour a bread pan.
Cream the shortening, sugar, and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture with bananas.
Bake until a tester comes out clean, approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
