1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Rice Krispie cereal
1 c. Corn Flake Cereal
1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
3 squares semi sweet chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan bring corn syrup and brown sugar to a boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in cereals. Press into greased 9x13" pan. In bowl combine pudding mix, 1/4 c. butter, milk and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and pour over cereal crust. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and 3 tbsp. butter. Pour over second layer. Chill
