1# lean ground beef
1# fresh green beans
2 medium Roma ripe tomatoes
1 medium yellow or red onion
3 T. olive oil
2 medium bay leaves
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper
1 pk. beef bouillon
Salt to taste
1/4 C. red wine or beer

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, wash and chop green beans. Boil them with enough
water to cover for about 15 minutes on high heat. Add water
as needed to keep them always covered.
In the meantime, wash and chop tomatoes and onion.
Remove green beans from heat and drain in a colander.
In a large skillet, saute' ground beef and onions with olive oil for
about 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Stir constantly, add all
remaining ingredients.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve over steamed rice, or with your favorite corn chips.
