Personal Notes:
My grandma got the name "roundy" from stirring peanut butter and syrup together around and around. She would make it for my mom and uncle as a sandwich when there was nothing in the refrigerator. I perfected the recipe by adding the frozen waffle part. I remember the sound of scrapping from the mixing bowl when my mom was mixing the syrup and the peanut butter together. When I was finished, my stress and frustration faded away, and was replaced with a feeling of warmheartedness.
