3 eggs, beaten well
1/4 to 1/3 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
2 T. honey
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. flour
3 T. melted butter
1 c. pecan pieces, heaping
2 T. bourbon
Pecan halves for decoration
Whipping cream, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a 9 inch pie crust. After beating the eggs, add the sugars, honey, and corn syrup and mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
The recipe doesn't call for it, but maybe a pinch of salt could be added.

This recipe came from a newspaper a long time ago, but I don't remember which one.
When I make this pie, I put pecan halves around the edge of the crust. I do serve this with whipped cream.
