Beef short ribs
Flour
Pepper
Meat tenderizer
Can of beef consumme

Directions:
Directions:
Take beef short ribs and roll them in flour, pepper, and meat tenderizer. Put a small amount of oil in a hot skillet (cast iron works the best) and flash fry on all sides just until brown. Remove from heat and let skillet cool. Add one can of beef consumme to skillet, cover with lid and place in 350º oven for 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Remove from oven and place ribs on hot grill to add nice crisp to them.

Fall apart delicious but with great grill flavor. You'll want to make 2 - 3 ribs per person...unless they are really hearty eaters.
