1 (20 oz) Oreo cookie

8 oz softened cream cheese

2 (7 oz) pkgs of Baker's dipping chocolate

Directions:
Place cookies in a large ziploc bag and crush finely with a rolling pin.

Combine 3 cups of the crushed cookies and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Make sure the cookies and cream cheese are mixed thoroughly. Set aside remaining crushed cookies.

Shape the cookies/cream into 1" balls and place on wax paper. Refrigerate for about an hour.

Melt chocolate according to package directions. Dip half of ball into chocolate and then dip/roll into crushed cookie crumbs.

Refrigerate until firm again and then transfer to tupperware type container. Keep refrigerated.
