1 lb. sugar
1 lb. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook to 310 degrees on candy thermometer, stirring constantly. When it reaches 310 degrees Add 1 c. chopped almonds. Pour into a buttered dish. Cut before it cools. Melt a Large hersey bar over hot water and keep it over water when melted so to keep it soft. Have a dish of chopped almonds separate and take squares of roca and dip into melted chocalate then then into nuts. Store in canister becuase it mellows with age.
