1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. milk
2 oz. semisweet chocolate (melted and cooked)

Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and spreading consistency; then spread a thin layer over cookies. Stir chocolate into reserved frosting, pipe onto cookies.
