2 spareribs racks
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cut ribs into individual ribs and arrange in a baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients.
Brush on ribs.
Bake for 30 more minutes.
Turn the ribs; brush with more sauce.
Bake 30 more minutes.
