6 lbs. pork spareribs, 1 1/2 C. water, salt, 1 beef bouillon cube, 1/2 C. hot water, 1 medium apple,
1 cup raisin's, 1/2 C. jellied cranberry sauce, 1/4 C. lemon juice; 1 tsp. grated orange peel, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. cloves(ground); 1/4 tsp. ground ginger.

Cut ribs in serving pieces, place, meat side up, in roasting pan. Add water; season. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350º -for 1 1/2 hours. In blender dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add remaining ingredients; blend to chop apple. Drain ribs; top with mincemeat. Bake, uncovered, 35-45 min.
