2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits
2 T. chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
With a fork cream the cream cheese. Add the remaining ingredients, reserving 1 cup of pecans. Mix well by hand. Let the mixture harden in the refrigerator for 45 min. Remove and shape into a ball. Roll in the reserved pecans.
