Ingredients:  
3 Cups of Milk
3 Egg Yolks (save Whites for Meringue)
3 T Flour (heaping)
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Raisins
1 t Vanilla
9” Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Raisins until tender. Drain.
2. Beat Egg Yolks, add milk. Heat until almost a boil.
3. Mix Flour and Sugar. Add to Milk and Egg Mixture. Stir constantly until thick.
4. Add Raisins and Vanilla.
5. Pour into bake Pie Shell.
6. Beat Egg Whites until stiff peak. Add 1/3 cup sugar. Pour on top Pie. Bake 375 for 5 -10 minutes or until lightly browned.
