2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped
1 head of cabbage, chopped
olive oil
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
6 oz Velveta cheese
2 cans of Pillsbury Cresent Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, season and drain ground beef. Put in bowl. In skillet, place olive oil and saute onions and cabbage. Add meat to cabbage and stir in soup and water and velveta. Unroll and flatten one can of cresent rolls in bottom of cake pan, put meat and cabbage mixture in and flatten remaining can of rolls and place on top. Bake for 25 minutes
