12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 14 oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
3 C white chocolate chips
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 C crushed candy canes

Directions:
Directions:
Line 8 X 8 pan with aluminum foil with 2 inches extra on either sides. coat with cooking spray. In a bowl. Microwave 1 can of milk and chocolate chips on HI for 30-seconds intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth. Spread into pan. In separate bowl, combine white chips, peppermint extract,salt, and remaining can of milk. Microwave on HI at 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Carefully layer white chip mixture over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with candy cane pieces and gently press into fudge. Refrigerate overnight.
