1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter (I use unsalted)
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 T. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter. Add eggs, then sifted dry ingredients and mix. Stir in nuts. Shape into 2 short rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate overnight or 4 hrs. (I stick in freezer 30 minutes) Slice 3/8 inch thick, or as you like. Bake 6 minutes on lightly greased pans at 350° F (180°C) Makes 5 dozen
