1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, egg, buttermilk, soda, salt, and vanilla. Slowly add the flour and mix thoroughly. Add the rhubarb and nuts and mix again. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
