3/4 lb. hamburger
1/2 lg. onion
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can enchilada sauce
8 oz. velveeta cheese
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 flour tortillas
1 small can green chilies (chopped)
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican blend shredded

Directions:

Brown hamburger and onion, grain well.

Combine in pot the next five ingredients and heat until cheese is melted. Add hamburger and onion.

Crush tortilla chips to make 1 cup. Spread in bottom of 13x9x2 cake dish. Cover with part of the hamburger mixture. Spread cream cheese on flour tortillas along with the chopped green chilies and fold each tortilla in half and place on top of the mixture in dish. Add the rest of the hamburger mixture and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes.
