3-4 lb. rump roast or sirloin tip roast
2 cans beef consomme
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 heaping tsp. oregano
1 tsp. anise
1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in slow cooker, cook on high for 5 hours then on low for 3 hours. Last hour slice green pepper and add (optional). Serve on rolls
