4 1/2 pound rack fresh pork loin ribs
3 cups of water
1/2 cups of soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
and BBQ sauce below

BBQ sauce
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon celery seed

1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Few drops of red pepper sauce
Dash of black pepper
(Heat all ingredients to boiling and remove from heat)

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork back ribs in Dutch oven, add water. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove ribs and drain. Mix soy sauce and corn starch. Marinate ribs for 10 minutes, brushing both sides of the rack of ribs until the mixture penetrates pork thoroughly. Grill ribs 6 inches from medium coals, brushing with BBQ sauce every few minutes until done (about 20 minutes). Serves 8

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Texans eat their BBQ meat with dill pickles, bread, and BBQ beans. I never thought I would like BBQ meat with a pile of pickles on the side until I met Brian and developed the taste for it. The first Texas BBQ restaurant I ever went to I kept trying to give the pickles and bread back to the servers thinking I did not and would not order it. The pile of bread and pickles they served with my ribs looked like a meal in its own.
