Flank Steak
1 cup sugar
! cup white wine
2 Tablespoons ginger root
1 & 1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak in chunks and marinade for one hour. Slide the meat onto skewers with peppers and onions and grill.
