1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c minced fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, cilantro)
3 T fresh lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
Freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 pound medium to large shrimp

Dipping Sauce
2 c mayonnaise
2 c sour cream
1/2 c tomato chili sauce
1/2 t cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients except the shrimp and dipping sauce. Add the shrimp and mix. Marinate at room temperature for one hour, stirring occasionally.

Skewer the shrimp and grill until opaque (about 2 minutes per side).

Serve with Dipping Sauce.
